Will I ever need to get on a call?
No. Everything happens in writing. If I need more detail, I ask a short written question.
I do not know the technical words. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Describe what you expected and what you see instead. Working out the technical part is my job.
How fast will you reply?
Within one working day, usually sooner. I am in Vietnam (UTC+7), so a message sent in the evening in Europe or the US often has a reply by morning.
Do I have to give you my passwords?
No, and please do not. When access is needed, I send step-by-step instructions for giving temporary access that you can remove afterwards.
Which platforms do you work with?
WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, custom sites, and the domain, email and hosting services around them, such as GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
What if you cannot fix it?
I tell you plainly, explain why, and suggest the best next step. You are never charged for a fix I did not deliver.
