Written tech help for small and medium websites

Tech help, in writing. No calls, ever.

Tell me what went wrong in your own words. I work out the technical part and write back with the fix, or I do it for you.

You, 9:12

Our booking page says "Your connection is not private" since this morning. Customers are emailing me. I did not change anything.

Found it. The security certificate for your domain expired last night because auto-renewal failed. I renewed it and turned renewal back on. Your page is safe again. Nothing for you to do.

How it works

  1. Write it down

Describe what you expected and what happened instead. Screenshots and error text help, but plain words are enough.

  2. Get a fixed price

You see the price before anything starts. Complex jobs get a written quote first. No hourly billing.

  3. Receive a written answer

Step-by-step instructions you can follow, or the fix done for you. Everything stays in writing, so you can read it again later.

Why only writing

You should not need to explain a broken website on the phone to get it fixed.

Many people put off tech problems because asking for help means a call, a meeting, or learning the right words. Writing lets you explain at your own pace, in your own language, and keep a record of every step.

Something not working?

You do not need to know what it is called. Just describe it.
