- A written review of one website, setup or proposal, like a quote from another developer. You get a clear report of what is fine and what is not.

- Small additions like a contact form, a payment button or a booking page. You get a written quote before anything starts.

- The Fix diagnosis fee is deducted from the quote if you go ahead. If you decide not to, you keep the written diagnosis.
- I reply within one working day. I am based in Vietnam (UTC+7), so replies may arrive while you sleep.
- Never send passwords. If I need access, I explain a safe, temporary way to give it.
